Admission Eligibility
BS Nursing
Applicants must have completed FSc (Pre-Medical) with at least 50% marks.Matriculation with 45% in PCB is also required. 50% marks in SZABMU entry test is a prerequisite for admission.
BS Dental Technology
Applicants should have FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent with a minimum 50% marks. 50% marks in SZABMU entry test are a prerequisite for admission.
DPT (when open)
Applicants needed FSc (Pre-Medical) with high merit and pass an entrance exam. 50% marks in SZABMU entry test are a prerequisite for admission.
General Requirements
Minimum age 17 years. All academic documents/certificates, a Copy of CNIC or Form-B, passport-size pictures, Domicile, and character certificates are required.

Admission Process
Online Application
Complete the PHR Institute application form and submit required documents (transcripts, photos, CNIC, domicile).
Manual Submission
Applicants may also submit their applications by hand at the admissions office along with all required documents.
Entrance Test
Appear for the SZABMU entrance test
Interview/Screening
Shortlisted candidates are interviewed by a faculty panel.
Final Merit List
Admissions are granted based on the combined scores of FSC marks and the entrance test of SZABMU (as per HEC policy).
